I got my start in real estate back in 2003 when I decided to purchase my first investment property. I figured I needed to learn how to renovate a property myself and did so over the next year. Shortly after completion I checked into values of neighboring units and decided it was time to sell. I sold for a little over $100,000 more than what I paid and put less than $15,000 into the renovation. I then determined it was time to pursue real estate as a career!
By the time 2007 rolled around I had a good grasp on most facets of residential real estate and managed nearly 10 million dollars in sales and the honor of being the top producing agent out of well over 100 agents at Sterling Real Estate Group. In 2008 things continued to improve as I closed 14 million dollars in sales and again earned the distinction of being the top agent at the Sterling Real Estate Group.
I combine market knowledge and a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure a positive experience with every transaction. I not only view real estate as a place to make a home but as an investment toward wealth building and a sound financial future.
Unlike a traditional realtor I spend countless hours seeking out great deals for my clients, aggressively marketing to sell homes I list, and knowing exactly what the real estate market is doing while forecasting the markets future path.
